December Twenty-fourth, it'll have been 14 years since I chose him over 2 others as my first Pokemon, went on great adventures together through regions, battles, and the leagues. From Red to Yellow to Gold, and all I have to remember him by is a set of old dead cartridges for the Gameboy. In all, really all I can say is "you did great Charizard, you can rest now."


And to those who think this mite be lame simply because "it's just a game", Pokemon is an important part of my childhood and I've been thinking about my old stuff, back when I first got them, all excited. Coming up is the anniversary of when it all started for me, so I cannot help dwelling on it.
